Kate Bovers
Master Yoga Teacher & Therapeutic Movement Specialist
Individual and Class Instruction Across Westchester and Fairfield Counties
Meet Kate
Kate has used yoga to help her students feel better for more than 20 years. Whether they’re looking to recover from physical trauma or age more gracefully, Kate uses the science of yoga combined with different modalities, fascia, anatomy, and plenty of laughter to help everyone move more freely.
First, Kate works one-on-one with clients to identify any musculoskeletal issues. Then, using techniques like myofascial release and resistance flexibility, she addresses underlying misalignments to bring clients back into pain-free balance.
It’s led to hundreds of rehabilitated private students and well-attended workshops all over Westchester and Fairfield counties.

"Kate is a Master Yoga Teacher with deep insights into how the body works. But I keep coming back after six years of classes because of how funny, light-hearted and caring she is. No matter which class you take with her, you’ll always feel comfortable and taken care of in a group setting."
Maura R., NY
"Kate’s classes have taken me from life with chronic lower back pain to living pain free with greater ease. Every class is comprehensive and includes the story behind the musculature, and the integration of so many of the body’s systems. Class is fascinating and fun!"
Beth R., NY
"Kate is truly a blessing, a gift and a magician. She is the perfect mix of being brilliant about the body and intuitive about its capacity for healing. Private sessions with her helped me with my discomfort swiftly, effectively and with sensitivity."
